Sinead - 2022 I cannot recommend The Ruddington Cake company enough! As you can see in the photo our wedding cake was made to perfection by Lisa! The detail of it, even down to the edible flowers was just incredible. We had nothing but compliments on the look and more importantly the taste of the cake. We went with carrot cake with passionfruit and strawberry champagne, and wow, wow, WOW! The cake itself was so delicate and delicious. We ordered a sample box beforehand to see which flavour we’d like, and they were all fantastic. We cannot thank you enough for our gorgeous cake!

From start to finish we had a great experience, Lisa knew exactly what I wanted and was able to show me an example of a cake she had previously made. The choice and flavour combinations were great, the taste testing was well worth it. Our cake was elegant and just what we wanted. I would definitely recommend her.

Emma 4.11.20 I couldn't recommend Lisa more, she was quick to respond to emails throughout the process and her cakes are always perfect. Wedding was postponed due to Covid and she sorted us a box of samples to enjoy on our original date (which were very very tasty) and then when the second lockdown was announced, we decided to move our wedding forward by a week and Lisa was cool as a cucumber, getting our cake ready at extremely short notice. All the guests said how delicious the cake was and it looked beautiful (we had a two tier naked cake decorated with fruit). I would highly recommend booking Lisa!

Danielle - 2021 Lisa made our Wedding cake for us this week and it was beyond perfect! Right from the very first message the communication was second to none. Moving date due to covid was no trouble at all and every detail was run through. The cake itself was so beautiful and delicious, the sponges so light and moist!

I can not recommend Lisa enough she went above and beyond us and kept in touch during the lock down. Lisa helped sort the flowers for my cake etc which helped Me loads as this was one last thing for me to worry about. Raz - 2022 Lisa created my cake with relatively short notice. She was absolutely amazing and her attention to detail was second to none. She also collaborated with my florist to include fresh flowers to add that extra touch. The range of flavours to choose from were vast and all tasted delicious! We had 5 tiers so decided to go with salted caramel, vanilla, carrot and lemon. I had so many compliments on the cake on my big day. Money well spent :)

It was exactly what we wanted and lots of guests commented on how great it looked and tasted. We had leftovers, and even after a week the cake was still moist and delicious. The cake completely surpassed our expectations, and we could not be happier with it. Hugely recommend her!

Roxanna 2.9.19 Lisa made our wedding cake and it was wonderful and delicious! It had three tiers and three different flavours - red velvet, white chocolate and raspberries and carrot cake. We received may compliments on it and some people said it was the best wedding cake they had ever had and the best carrot cake they had ever had. Lisa decorated the cake with flowers on the day and it looked lovely. Excellent customer service and communication.
