Hello, i'm Lisa, owner of The Ruddington Cake company.
I first caught the cake making/ decorating bug in 2007 after enrolling onto a sugar flower making course at my local college, and i've pretty much been up to my elbows in butter cream and chocolate ganache ever since!
The best part is getting to work with such a wonderfully diverse mixture of couples and helping each one to create their own very special wedding cake that will be remembered for years to follow.
Wedding cake portions, also called finger portions are 1"x 1"x 5". Each standard tier contains 4 layers of deliciously moist sponge filled with a beautiful silky smooth Swiss meringue butter cream.
Flavours available are, Tangy lemon meringue, Chocolate with salted caramel, strawberry and champagne, carrot with passion fruit, chocolate with cherry amaretto, mocha, red velvet and lots more. Please enquire for a full list of flavours.

Delivery charge will vary, depending on distance. Cakes will always be set up at venue by myself.
A reservation fee of £75 is required to secure your wedding date. This amount will be deducted from the total cost with the final payment to be made two weeks prior to your wedding date.
Cake stands are available to hire at £20 plus a £40 deposit of which you will get back upon it's safe return within 5 day's of your wedding date.
